CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (CAP)
Are you looking for something to fill your time this summer? Are you interested in construction? Do you want to learn more about the trade? Is it time to invest time into your future?
Equitable Builds is excited to announce our Construction Apprenticeship Program (CAP). CAP is a program that gives teens the opportunity to work alongside a general contractor, receive valuable experience, and get a real life look into what it is like to work in construction.
Why CAP?
CAP is a two month summer program consisting of two 8 hour work days during the week where you will shadow the owner of the company and work alongside crew members to gain a better understanding of the construction industry. You will learn things like how to read a tape measure, how to work power tools, and how to run a business.
